Labour Charges (Mon-Fri, 9am to 6pm)
£44.00 for the 1st hour or any part of the 1st hour.
£28.00 per hour thereafter, charged in 15 min segments.
Most Jobs are completed within the hour but We will advise you beforehand if We think the job will take longer than the hour.
We can usually give a good guide price over the phone for jobs but We do free estimates and quotations if more accurate prices are needed.
Unless previously agreed, Travel time and Mileage are not charged for. If We need to order an item to complete a job, you will not be charged for 2 trips. If We can't complete the job through needing to order parts, We will always leave your house or business in a secure state. Additional work discovered while doing a job will be discussed with you and guide prices given.
If you need a job done out of normal business hours, please call for details of charges.
If you have an Emergency/Lock-Out out of hours, please call for details of charges and arrival time.
